FOR BUYERS:
An initial consultation in which you and Heidi will discuss what you're looking for in a home and a neighborhood. You can fill out the online Buyer's Form to help Heidi learn more about you and your lifestyle so she can show you only those properties that suit your needs.
Assistance in pre-qualifying for a loan and considering all available financing options. Heidi has an excellent reputation among local lenders and has helped hundreds of clients with creative financing.
A personal community orientation. Heidi knows how to find the right neighborhood, where to get a killer burrito or a shot of wheatgrass, and how long it takes to get from Noe Valley to the Financial District at 7 a.m. on a Monday morning. She can give you a personal tour of the neighborhoods that are right for you and show you the sights and sounds of San Francisco, from museums and shopping to daycare and nightlife.
A list of properties that meets your specific requirements. Don't waste time looking at homes that are too big, too small, too expensive, or too far from your office. Let Heidi narrow the choices down to those that are just right for you.

An initial consultation in which you and Heidi will discuss your expectations and develop a plan to maximize your gains. In this seller's market, Heidi can help you keep the bidders from camping out on your front lawn. You can fill out the online Seller's Form in advance.
Setup and supervision of inspections and repairs. Heidi has a network of contractors and other vendors who can help you get your property in tiptop shape. Once you have an offer, she'll also keep you up to date during the escrow period.
Advertising. Heidi will take care of installing For Sale signs and your property will be advertised in the MLS book, the Association of Realtors computer system, and on the Internet. She'll advertise Open Houses in local newspapers and prepare a property flyer to distribute to all agents. She'll give you a progress report at least once a week.
Open Houses. Heidi will hold public open houses. She will also hold a Broker's Open House and call other brokers and top agents active in the area. She'll set up individual showings herself, and also install a lockbox for easy broker access, if suitable.
